just got back to hotel
after we take the chill off our bodies and have lunch will recap the day with some pictures and video you didnt see on tv...... it was along long day but it was so historical to have been there ......
morning..big day today for all americans
well we are up and its 6 oclock and there is already a million people there I think .. it looks like a long cold day ..the metro cars they say are packed but we will get on some how ...had a great dinner last nite at nice seafood place ..met the owner and his sister lives in bellingham small world...we will dress as warm as possible look for us we are on the south side of the mall..leaving now go President elect Obama ....

well here it goes
Got in at 1 30 in the morning..plane was delayed 6 hours in philly ..not to bad had dinner and watched the cardsvs eagles ( alot of sad eagle fans in the bar) and then steelers vs ravens( alot of steeler fans and dressed in uniforms )great fans....we have met so many people in the last 24 hrs...photographer for the atlanta journal .....tv producer for pbs which is headquartered in dc ..the mood of the people is friendly and everyone is excited ....alot of people from west coast la...portland..met a lady who grew up in the city and now lives in napa...is it cold...yes ...and it will be colder in morning ...wish we bought that bottle of tequila ...neighbors mike and carol gave us for watching brandy,their dog ......had a fun cab ride back from the capital ,took forever but the cabby steven was so much fun....he laughed and said he should charge us for being our tour guide also....asked him what time we should call a cab to go tonite for 8 oclock dinner reservations ..he said leave now and it was only 3 oclock .....he's, been in dc for 33 years he has never, ever seen so many people ....took the metro in ... it took 20 minutes to get onto the street level again people where not pushy and everyone was happy and laughing....ok thats it for now heading for dinner on pennsylvannia avenue .....yes we can....
